Contact Artist & Labels

Enter the full legal name of the authorized person (artist, owner, or company representative) as per official identity documents.

Required Document: Artists, Managers, Individual Record Labels, Contractors, and Producers must provide one valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or PAN Card) for identity verification and compliance.

Required Document: Registered Record Labels and Business/B2B Sub-Distributors must provide valid business registration documents (Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration, Tax Certificate, or BIN Registration) for identity verification and compliance.

Upload clear and valid identity documents of the authorized person or registered business for verification and compliance purposes. This may include a government-issued photo ID (such as National ID, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or PAN Card) or a valid business registration document (such as Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration, Tax Certificate, or BIN Registration). If the document has both front and back sides (e.g., ID cards), upload both sides together. All details must be clearly visible, readable, and unedited.
If you are an Individual / Artist / Manager / Producer: Enter your personal legal ID number as shown on your document (National ID, Passport No., Aadhaar, or PAN). If you are a Record Label / Company / Business / B2B Sub-Distributor: Enter the official business registration or tax identification number as shown on your document (Trade License No., TIN, EIN, or BIN).

Bank Account Information's

Bank Account Holder Name Requirement

For Individuals, Artists, and Producers : The bank account holder’s name must exactly match the name stated in the individual’s official legal document provided to us.
Accepted legal documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or any other Goverment Identity Document, The name on the bank account must be identical in spelling and format to the legal document submitted.

For Record Labels, Companies, and Businesses: The bank account holder’s name must exactly match the registered legal name of the record label, company, or business as stated in the official business document provided to us. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Registration Certificate, BIN Registration Document, The bank account must be registered under the same legal entity name without any variation.

Important Notice : If the bank account holder’s name does not exactly match the corresponding legal document submitted, payouts will not be processed under any circumstances.

For content distributed to YouTube, if we determine your content is being used improperly or violates rights/policies, we reserve the right to remove the content from platforms and our system. In such cases, any revenue generated will not be payable.
