• You own or have the legal rights to distribute and monetize any content you submit.

• Your content does not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property.

• Zero Tolerance for Fraud: You will not engage in “fake” or artificial streaming, metadata manipulation, or unauthorized distribution. You are solely responsible for everything uploaded through your account.

5. Payments & Royalties

• Earnings: Payouts are handled according to your specific distribution agreement and schedule.

• Thresholds: Minimum payout limits and self-billing practices apply as outlined in your agreement.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes owed in your country of residence.

• Holds: We reserve the right to hold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or if required by law during an investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You keep ownership of your music. However, you grant P Tune Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to distribute, market, and monetize that content as per your agreement.

• Our Brand: The P Tune Studio logo, website design, and branding are our exclusive property. Please do not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Account Termination : We want to keep our community safe. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

• Close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

• Remove your content from Digital Service Providers (DSPs) upon termination, subject to contractual terms.

• Your Choice: You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability : P Tune Studio provides its services “as is.” While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee the service will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms (like Spotify or Apple Music) that are outside of our direct control.

9. Indemnification : You agree to protect and hold harmless P Tune Studio and its team from any legal claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your breach of these terms, your violation of third-party rights, or any content distributed via your account.
